As an EPro Specialist, you will work with high-caliber clients—including CEOs, executives, doctors, coaches, and entrepreneurs—to provide dedicated, professional support that is customized to their needs.
Your responsibilities go beyond traditional virtual assistance. You will:
Anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
Manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations
Handle projects that vary by client, from administrative to strategic
Collaborate with client teams while maintaining discretion and professionalism
Each EPro Specialist is supported by an EPro Manager who provides guidance, feedback, and ongoing professional development. You’ll have autonomy to take ownership of your work while always having support when needed.
Optimize client workflows and priorities through proactive execution
Manage complex scheduling, communications, and logistics
Conduct research and assist with client projects
Prepare professional presentations, documents, and reports
Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Solve problems before they arise and anticipate needs
Collaborate with client teams and ensure alignment with their goals
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Strong written and spoken English skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with productivity tools
Experienced in executive support, administration, operations, or similar roles
Able to work independently while managing client priorities

Availability to align with client time zones (often U.S.-based)
